Artigo 8. As armas de fogo utilizadas em entidades desportivas legalmente constituídas devem obedecer às condições de uso e de armazenagem estabelecidas pelo órgão competente, respondendo o possuidor ou o autorizado a portar a arma pela sua guarda na forma do regulamento desta Lei.

Storage Regulations - Sports Entities

Article 8. Firearms used by legally constituted sport entities must comply with conditions of use and safekeeping set forth by the competent body; the owner or holder of the authorisation to carry the firearm is to be held responsible for keeping it, as set forth in the regulation of this Act.
