Artigo 51. A importação de armas de fogo, munições e acessórios de uso restrito1 está sujeita ao regime de licenciamento não-automático prévio ao embarque da mercadoria no exterior e dependerá da anuência do Comando do Exército.

§1 A autorização é concedida por meio do Certificado Internacional de Importação.
§2 A importação desses produtos somente será autorizada para os órgãos de segurança pública e para colecionadores, atiradores e caçadores nas condições estabelecidas em normas específicas.

Artigo 52. Os interessados pela importação de armas de fogo, munições e acessórios, de uso restrito, ao preencherem a Licença de Importação no Sistema Integrado de Comércio Exterior - SISCOMEX, deverão informar as características específicas dos produtos importados, ficando o desembaraço aduaneiro sujeito à satisfação desse requisito.

Artigo 54. A importação de armas de fogo, munições e acessórios de uso permitido1 e demais produtos controlados está sujeita, no que couber, às condições estabelecidas nos arts. 51 e 52 deste Decreto.

Artigo 55. A Secretaria da Receita Federal e o Comando do Exército fornecerão à Polícia Federal, as informações relativas às importações de que trata o art. 54 e que devam constar do cadastro de armas do SINARM.

Firearm Imports

Article 51. The importation of restricted firearms,1 ammunition and accessories is subject to a non-automatic licence scheme, prior to the shipment abroad of the items, and subject to approval by the Army Command.

§1 Authorisation is granted by the International Import Certificate.
§2 The importation of these products may only be authorised for State security organisations and collectors, sports shooters and hunters under conditions established in specific rules.

Article 52. Those applying to import restricted firearms, ammunition and accessories must provide information regarding specific characteristics of the imported products, which shall be filled in the Import License in the Integrated Foreign Trade System (SISCOMEX). The product shall be subject to customs clearance.

Article 54. The importation of permitted firearms,1 ammunition, accessories and other controlled goods is subject, where applicable, to conditions set forth in Articles 51 and 52 of this Decree.

Article 55. The Internal Revenue Service and the Army Command shall provide the Federal Police with information concerning the imports referred to in Article 54, which must appear on the Arms Register SINARM.
