Artículo 44. Reporte mensual

Los establecimientos comerciales autorizados para la venta de munición permitida enviarán un reporte mensual a la Dirección General de Armamento sobre las municiones vendidas durante ese periodo de tiempo. En el informe se debe incluir obligatoriamente, nombre y apellidos completos de cada comprador, número de cédula de identidad o de residencia de la persona física, número de cédula jurídica de la persona jurídica, cantidad de munición vendida.

No se autorizará ningún trámite ante la Dirección y sus Departamentos, si este informe no ha sido presentado.

Article 44. Monthly Report

Businesses authorised to sell permitted ammunition must send a monthly report on the ammunition sold during that period to the Armaments Directorate. The report must include the full name of each customer, the person's identity or residence card number, corporate identification number of the legal entity, quantity of ammunition sold.

No application can be submitted to the Armaments Directorate and its Departments if this report has not been provided.
