Section 4.

Section 18A of the principal Act is amended

(a) by revoking subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) There is established a committee to be known as the Firearms Advisory Committee which shall consist of three members as follows:

(a) a Chairman nominated on the agreement of the Governor and the Chief Minster and who is considered fit to represent the interest of the public;
(b) one person possessing extensive knowledge of firearms and firearms safety; and
(c) one medical practitioner specialising in psychiatry."…
