Section 28. Intoxicated, insane or convicted persons

Any person who knowingly sells or delivers a firearm to any person who is intoxicated or who is not of sound mind or who is a convicted person disqualified for holding a licence under section 331 shall be guilty of an offence against this Ordinance and on summary conviction be liable to a penalty not exceeding two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months.
