Section 22. Licence not transferable

No licence under this Ordinance shall be transferable to any person other than to an executor or administrator, or the assignee in bankruptcy of the person holding such a licence:

Provided that-
(a) during the absence from the Territory of any person holding a licence to deal in firearms, the attorney or agent of such person may with the sanction of the Licensing Authority act and exercise all legal powers and authority thereunder; and
(b) such transferee complies otherwise with the requirements of this Ordinance.
