Prohibition of sale, etc., of firearms to drunk or insane persons

35. (1) No person shall sell or transfer any firearm1 or ammunition to, or repair, prove or test any firearm or ammunition for, any other person whom he knows or has reasonable ground for believing to be drunk or of unsound mind.

(2) If any person contravenes any provision of this section, he shall be guilty of an offence.
