Terms upon which firearms may be withdrawn from customs warehouse and police station

15. (1) Subject to this Act, no person shall withdraw any firearm1 or ammunition from a customs warehouse until he, or some other person on his behalf, has produced for examination by the customs officer in charge of the warehouse either -
