Firearms not surrendered to be liable to seizure and forfeiture

10. Any firearm1 not surrendered in compliance with section 32 shall be liable at any time to be seized by any constable and the destruction or disposal of any firearm so seized shall be at the discretion of the Commissioner3 of Police.
