Section 460e. Educational Advertising Campaign

From November 15 to January 7 of each year, the Superintendent1 shall carry out an educational advertising campaign to warn the public on the dangers of firing shots into the air, the type of crime committed, and the penalty entailed and to raise people's awareness on the importance of reporting such actions, as well as not to participate therein either actively or passively and/or be involved in such practice. To raise awareness on this matter, the Superintendent shall provide information on the deaths and injuries caused in previous years by this type of shooting, as well as any other matter he/she deems pertinent.
