Special Provisions Relating to Firearm User's (Special) Permit

31.(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Authority on the application of any person who is the holder of a Firearm User's Licence may grant to such person a Firearm User's (Special) Permit authorising such person during the continuance in force of any order under section 22 to carry the firearm and ammunition in respect of which he is holder of a Firearm User's Licence in any public place within the area, parish, district, town or village to which such order applies upon the occasions and subject to the conditions specified in such permit.

(2) Every permit under subsection (1) shall specify the area, parish, district, town or village to which it relates.
