Article R. 317-3

[The following] is punishable with a fine for offences of the 4th class…

2° Any individual transferring ownership of a firearm or firearm component subject to declaration or registration of category C1 or of the 1° of category D,2 without complying with the formalities provided for in Article R. 314-20;3

3° Any individual who gains possession of a material, firearm or firearm component of category C or of the 1° of category D, without declaring them or registering them as provided for in Article R. 312-55.
