Article R. 317-1

Est punie de l'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe la détention par un mineur d'une arme, d'un élément d'arme, de munitions ou éléments de munition:

1° De la catégorie B1 sans remplir les conditions mentionnées au 2° de l'article R. 312-40;2

2° Des catégories C3 et D4 sans remplir les conditions mentionnées aux troisième à sixième alinéas de l'article R. 312-52.5

Article R. 317-1

The possession by a minor of a firearm, firearm component, ammunition or its components [of the following categories], is punishable with a fine for offences of the 4th class:

1° Of category B1 without complying with conditions mentioned in 2° of I of Article R. 312-40;2

2° Of categories C3 and D4 without complying with conditions mentioned in the third to the sixth paragraphs of Article R. 312-52.5
