Article R. 312-49

Nobody may possess more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition per firearm. Nobody may purchase more than 1,000 rounds per firearm within the space of twelve consecutive months, subject to their replenishment under the fifth subparagraph of Article R. 312-47.1
