Article R. 312-45

L'acquisition des systèmes d'alimentation de la catégorie B1 est soumise à la présentation de l'autorisation de l'arme détenue.

L'acquisition des systèmes d'alimentation de la catégorie C2 utilisables par les armes semi-automatiques classées au a du 2° de la catégorie B est soumise à la présentation du récépissé de déclaration de l'arme détenue.

Nul ne peut détenir un système d'alimentation sans avoir été autorisé à acquérir l'arme correspondante.

Nul ne peut acquérir et détenir plus de dix systèmes d'alimentation par arme.

Par dérogation, les personnes pratiquant une discipline de tir nécessitant l'utilisation de tels systèmes d'alimentation et en possession du certificat fédéral peuvent acquérir et détenir des systèmes d'alimentation permettant le tir de plus de vingt munitions, dans les conditions définies au 10° de l'article R. 312-5.3

Paragraph 7: Purchase and Possession of Magazines and Ammunition

Article R. 312-45

The purchase of magazines of category B1 is subject to the production of the authorisation of the possessed firearm.

The purchase of magazines of category C2 that may be used in semi-automatic firearms listed in a) of 2° of category B is subject to the production of the receipt of the declaration of the possessed firearm.

Nobody may possess a magazine without having been authorised to purchase the corresponding firearm.

Nobody may purchase and possess more than ten magazines per firearm.

By way of derogation, individuals practising a shooting discipline that necessitates the use of these magazines and in possession of a federal certificate may purchase and possess magazines that allow the firing of more than twenty rounds of ammunition, under conditions defined in 10° of Article R. 312-5.3
