Article R. 312-11

L'autorisation court à compter de sa date de délivrance. Elle est notifiée, par tout moyen permettant de donner une date certaine, dans les quinze jours qui suivent la délivrance.

Dans le cas où l'autorisation d'acquisition et de détention d'armes est demandée sur le fondement des dispositions du 2° de l'article R. 312-40,1 le préfet informe l'association sportive agréée des décisions de refus d'autorisation concernant ses membres.

Paragraph 3: Decision

Article R. 312-11

The authorisation is valid from the date of its issuance. It is notified, through any means that allows the provision of a specific date, within the fifteen days that follow its issuance.

Should the authorisation to purchase and possess firearms be requested based on provisions of 2° of I of Article R. 312-40,1 the Prefect informs the sports association of any decision related to the refusal of the authorisation of any of its members.
