Article R. 317-11

Est puni de l'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe le fait pour toute personne de ne pas observer les dispositions de sécurité prévues à l'article R. 315-41 ou, sans motif légitime, de porter hors de son domicile ou de transporter une arme du 2° de la catégorie D2 figurant sur une liste fixée par arrêté des ministres de la justice et de l'intérieur.

Article R. 317-11

Any individual who does not comply with security measures provided for in Article R. 315-41 or, without genuine reason, carries outside of his residence or transports a firearm of 2° of category D,2 listed by order of the Ministers of Justice and of the Interior, is punishable with a fine for offences of the 4th class.
