Les expéditions par la voie ferrée, aérienne ou maritime d'armes à feu et d'éléments de ces armes des catégories A,1 B,2 C,3 du 1° et des g et h du 2° de la catégorie D,4 à l'exception des lanceurs de paintball, doivent être effectuées par un régime d'acheminement permettant de satisfaire aux conditions de délai prévues à l'article R. 315-18.5 Les armes et éléments de ces armes classés dans ces catégories doivent être placés dans des cartons ou des caisses cerclés ou des conteneurs métalliques cadenassés.

Shipments by rail, air or sea of firearms and their components of categories A,1 B,2 C,3 of 1° and of g) and h) of 2° of category D,4 except paintball launchers, must be carried out with a routing regime meeting the conditions of time limits provided for in Article R. 315-18.5 Firearms and their components listed in these categories must be stored in boxes or rimmed crates or locked metallic containers.
