Le préfet demande au déclarant de produire un certificat médical datant de moins d'un mois délivré dans les conditions prévues à l'article R. 312-61 du présent code, si l'agence régionale de santé, consultée par ses soins, a signalé que le déclarant a été admis en soins psychiatriques sans consentement dans un établissement de santé habilité en vertu des dispositions de l'article L. 3222-1 du code de la santé publique ou a suivi ou suit un traitement dans un service ou un secteur de psychiatrie.

Article R. 312-57

The Prefect asks the declarant to produce a medical certificate, dated within a month, issued under the conditions provided for in Article R. 312-61 of this Code, if the Regional Health Institution, consulted by him, has reported that the declarant has been subject to compulsory hospitalisation in an authorised health institution, under provisions of Article L. 3222-1 of the Public Health Code, or has been or is being treated in a psychiatric service or department.
