Articulo 87. Certificado Especial para Lotes de Armas

De conformidad con el artículo 105,1 106, 1072 y 1083 de la Ley, el interesado en la importación o exportación o tránsito de lotes de armas de fuego y municiones, deberá solicitar por escrito un certificado de autorización, el que tendrá validez para la realización de una sola importación o exportación, sea total o parcial y su vigencia será de sesenta días. Si vencido el período para el que se autorizó el certificado, no se hiciere uso del mismo, quedará automáticamente cancelado.

El certificado se emitirá previo llenado de formulario y requisitos de Ley que se describen en los siguientes artículos.

Article 87. Special Certificate for Firearm Stocks

In accordance with Articles 105,1 106, 1072 and 1083 of the Act, any individual interested in the import or export or transit of stocks of firearms and ammunition must request, in written form, an authorisation certificate, which shall be valid for the completion of one single import or export, be this total or partial, and it shall be valid for sixty days. Should the period of time for which the certificate was issued expires without the applicant having made use of it, the document shall be automatically canceled.

The certificate shall be issued upon filling the application form and complying with the requirements described in the following articles.
