Articulo 80. Licencia de Comercio para Armas de Fuego y Municiones

Para la aplicación del artículo 961 y siguientes de la Ley, las personas naturales o jurídicas dedicadas a la venta de armas de fuego, municiones y sus accesorios, deben disponer de una licencia de Uso comercial, por medio de la cual se les autoriza únicamente el comercio dentro del país y no amparará actos de comercio relativos a la importación, exportación o intermediación.

Article 80. Licence for the Commerce of Firearms and Ammunition

For the implementation of Article 961 and compliance with the Act, individuals or legal persons dedicated to the sale of firearms, ammunition and their accessories must have a commercial licence, which shall only authorise them to carry out commercial activities inside the country and shall not apply to commercial activities related to import, export or brokering.
