Articulo 49. Licencia de Uso Comercial para Cacería y Tiro Deportivo

Además de los requisitos generales establecidos en el artículo 29 numeral II de la ley para las licencias de tipo comercial, de conformidad con los artículos 46 y 51 de la Ley, las personas cuya actividad económica o finalidad sea la organización de partidas de caza y tiro deportivo con fines recreativos o comerciales, requerirán como requisito adicional de una autorización o permiso extendido por el Ministerio del Ambiente y Recurso Naturales o del Instituto Nicaragüense de Turismo, según sea el caso.

Article 49. Commercial Licence for Hunting and Sports Shooting

In addition to the general requirements established in Article 29, paragraph 2 of the Act on commercial licences, in accordance with Articles 46 and 51 of the Act, persons whose economic activity or object is to organise hunting sessions and sports shooting for recreational or commercial purposes, must request, as an additional requirement, an authorisation or permit issued by the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources of the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism, depending on the circumstances.
