Articulo 14. Información Controlada

El Registro Nacional de Armas de Fuego, Municiones, Explosivos y otros Materiales relacionados, según lo establecido en el artículo 6 y 81 de la Ley, deberá inscribir y controlar la información siguiente:

- Información sobre los licenciatarios (Nombre, cédula de identidad; dirección domiciliar y laboral, datos de la persona jurídica en su caso)
- Datos sobre el arma de fuego (Fabricante, país, modelo, tipo, calibre, marca y número de serie).
- Información de la licencia (Número de licencia, actividad para la que se autoriza, fecha que se expide, período de validez)…
- Armas, municiones, explosivos y pirotécnicos importadas, exportadas o reexportadas
- Armas, municiones, explosivos y pirotécnicos comercializadas internamente…
- Armas decomisadas y ocupadas
- Armas entregadas voluntariamente
- Armas destruidas conforme la ley…

Decree No. 28-2005, Regulation to the Special Act on the Control and Regulation of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials

Article 14. Controlled Information

The National Registry of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials, in accordance with what is established in Articles 6 and 81 of the Act, must register and control the following information:

- Information on licence applicants (Name, identity card, residence and work address, information on legal person(s) where appropriate)
- Data on the firearm (Manufacturer, country, model, type, calibre, make and serial number)
- Information on the licence (Licence number, activity for which it is authorised, issuance date, validity period)…
- Imported, exported, or re-exported firearms, ammunition, explosives and pyrotechnic products
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives and pyrotechnic products domestically traded…
- Firearms seized and collected
- Firearms voluntarily surrendered
- Firearms destroyed in accordance with the Act…
