Article 11

L'administration des douanes peut demander à l'exportateur un justificatif de la réception, par le destinataire ou le destinataire final, des armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments expédiés.

La preuve de l'arrivée à destination est constituée par un document délivré par le service des douanes du pays importateur établissant que les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments exportés sont arrivés dans le pays désigné par l'autorisation.

A titre de preuve alternative, l'administration des douanes peut accepter un document contractuel, commercial ou de transport établissant que les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments sont arrivés dans le pays désigné par l'autorisation.

Sont dispensées des formalités prévues au présent article les exportations des armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments bénéficiant des dérogations prévues aux articles 81 et 9.

Article 11

The customs administration may ask the exporter to provide a receipt for the delivery, to the end user or consignee, of the shipped firearms, ammunition, and their components.

Proof of arrival at destination consists of a document issued by the customs services of the importing country, which establishes that the exported firearms, ammunition, and their components, arrived in the country designated in the authorisation.

Alternatively, the customs administration may accept a contractual, commercial, or transport document, which establishes that the firearms, ammunition, and their components arrived in the country designated in the authorisation.

Exports of firearms, ammunition, and their components that benefit from the derogations provided for in Articles 81 and 9 are exempt from the formalities provided for in this article.
