Article 7
La durée de validité de la licence d'exportation ne peut dépasser la période de validité d'une autorisation d'importation dans le pays tiers de destination.
Lorsque l'autorisation d'importation dans le pays tiers ne prévoit pas de période de validité, ou lorsque ce pays ne prévoit pas d'autorisation d'importation, la durée de validité de la licence d'exportation est de neuf mois au minimum et de trois ans au maximum à compter de sa date de délivrance.

Article 7
The validity period of an export licence may not exceed the validity period of an import authorisation from the third country of destination.
When the import authorisation of the third country does not include a validity period, or when this country does not provide an import authorisation, the validity period of the export licence is of minimum nine months and of maximum three years from its date of issuance.
