Article 2

I. Sont soumises à autorisation l'exportation des armes à feu ainsi que de leurs pièces, parties essentielles et munitions ci-dessous énumérées:

1° Les armes à feu à percussion annulaire classées aux 2° et 3° de la catégorie A1,1 au 1° de la catégorie B2 et aux a et b du 2° de la catégorie B, leurs éléments ainsi que leurs munitions et les éléments de celles-ci;

2° Les armes à feu classées au 5° de la catégorie A1, leurs éléments, ainsi que leurs munitions et les éléments de celles-ci;

3° Les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments classés aux d et f du 2° de la catégorie B;

4° Les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments classés dans la catégorie C;3

5° Les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments classés aux 1° et g du 2° de la catégorie D.4

II. Sont dispensés de l'autorisation mentionnée au I:

1° Les douilles non amorcées et non chargées classées au c du 1° dans la catégorie D;

2° Les projectiles des munitions classés aux 6°, 7° et 8° dans la catégorie C et dans la catégorie D;

3° Les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments dont l'exportation est soumise à autorisation en application des articles L. 2335-25 et L. 2335-36 du code de la défense…

Article 2

I. The following are subject to an authorisation for the export of firearms, as well as their spare parts, essential parts and ammunition:

1° Rimfire firearms listed in 2° and 3° of category A1,1 in 1° of category B2 and in a) and b) of 2° of category B, their components, as well as their ammunition and components of ammunition;

2° Firearms listed in 5° of category A1, their components, as well as their ammunition and components of ammunition;

3° Firearms, ammunition, and their components listed in d) and f) of 2° of category B;

4° Firearms, ammunition, and their components listed in category C;3

5° Firearms, ammunition, and their components listed in 1° and g) of 2° of category D.4

II. [The following] are exempted from the authorisation mentioned in I:

1° Unloaded and unprimed cartridges listed in c) of 1° of category D;

2° Bullets for ammunition listed in 6°, 7°, and 8° of category C and in category D;

3° Firearms, ammunition, and their components whose export is subject to authorisation in accordance with Articles L. 2335-25 and L. 2335-36 of the Defence Code…
