Para los fines y efectos de la presente Ley y su Reglamento se debe de entender por licencia el documento oficial, nominal e intransferible por medio del cual la Autoridad de Aplicación de la Ley y su Reglamento autorizan a las personas naturales o jurídicas a realizar alguna de las actividades que regula la presente Ley y su Reglamento.

Article 21. Licences

For the purposes and effects of this Act and its regulation, licence must be understood as the official, nominal and non-transferable document by which the Implementing Authority of the Act and its Regulation authorises individuals or legal persons to perform some of the activities regulated by this Act and its Regulation.
