Article 13. Armas de Colección

Se les denomina armas de colección a todas aquellas que fueron fabricadas antes del siglo XX o sus réplicas y todas aquellas otras armas de fuego de uso diverso, que por su antigüedad, valor histórico y por las características técnicas, estéticas y culturales, científicas y por las características especificas, son consideradas y destinadas exclusivamente como piezas de colección para la exhibición privada o pública, siempre y cuando esta no sea prohibida o restringida.

Article 13. Collectible Firearms

Firearms that were manufactured before the 20th century or are their replicas, as well as all those other firearms of different use and that for their age, historical value and for technical, aesthetic and cultural, scientific and specific characteristics, are considered and used exclusively as collectible items for private or public display, provided this is not prohibited or restricted, are considered collectible firearms.
