La fabrication et le commerce,1 l'importation et l'exportation des matériels de guerre,2 armes et munitions, ainsi que les marchés relatifs aux matériels de guerre, sont régis par les dispositions du présent titre. Ces dispositions sont complétées, en ce qui concerne le commerce de détail, par celles du chapitre III du titre Ier du livre III du code de la sécurité intérieure.
L'acquisition, la détention, la conservation, le port et le transport des matériels de guerre, armes et munitions sont régis par les dispositions du titre Ier du livre III du code de la sécurité intérieure.

Order No. 2012-351 of March 12, 2012 - Art. 6(V)
The manufacture and trade,1 import and export of weapons of war,2 firearms and ammunition, as well as markets related to weapons of war, are regulated by provisions under this Title. These provisions are completed, concerning retail trade, by those of Chapter III of Title I of Book III of the Internal Security Code.
The acquisition, possession, storage, carrying and transport of weapons of war, firearms and ammunition, are regulated by provisions of Title I of Book III of the Internal Security Code.
