Article 132

Les entreprises expéditrices ou destinataires d'armes et d'éléments de ces armes des catégories A,1 B,2 C,3 du 1° et des g et h du 2° de la catégorie D,4 à l'exception des lanceurs de paintball, doivent prendre toutes dispositions utiles pour que le séjour de ces matériels n'excède pas vingt-quatre heures dans les gares et les aéroports et soixante-douze heures dans les ports.

Les conditions de sécurité auxquelles doivent satisfaire les opérations de chargement, de déchargement et de transit dans les gares routières, ferroviaires, les ports et les aéroports des armes et éléments des armes classés dans ces catégories sont fixées par arrêté conjoint des ministres de l'intérieur et de la défense et des ministres chargés de l'industrie, des transports et des douanes.

Article 132

Dispatching or receiving companies of firearms and their components of categories A,1 B,2 C,3 of 1° and of g) and h) of 2) of category D,4 except paintball launchers, must take all necessary measures so that the stay of such equipment does not exceed twenty-four hours in train stations and airports and seventy-two hours in ports.

The safety conditions to be met for loading, unloading and transit operations in bus stations, train stations, ports and airports of firearms and their components listed in these categories, are set by joint order of the Ministers of the Interior and Defence and Ministers in charge of Industry, Transports and Customs.
