Article 109

Les personnes physiques et les représentants des personnes morales se livrant au commerce des armes et éléments d'arme de la catégorie C1 et du 1° de la catégorie D2 sont tenus d'inscrire jour par jour sur un registre visé par le commissaire de police compétent ou par le commandant de brigade de gendarmerie les armes et éléments d'arme de ces catégories achetés, loués ou vendus au public (catégorie, type, marque/modèle, calibre, numéro de série, nom et adresse du fournisseur et de l'acquéreur).

Cette inscription comporte en outre l'indication des nom et prénom, de la résidence, de la date et du lieu de naissance de l'acquéreur ou du vendeur non commerçant, relevée sur un document officiel portant une photographie. Sont également portées sur le registre, pour l'acquisition d'armes et d'éléments d'arme de la catégorie C et du 1° de la catégorie D, les références du titre présenté en application de l'article 43.3 L'acquéreur ou le vendeur particulier doit apposer sa signature sur le registre.

Article 109

Individuals and representatives of legal entities dedicated to the commerce of firearms and components of firearms of category C1 and of 1° of category D,2 must record day by day, on a register signed by the competent Police Commissioner, or by the Commander of the Gendarmerie, firearms and components of firearms of these categories that have been bought, rented, or sold to the public (category, type, brand/model, calibre, serial number, name and address of the supplier).

This record must include the name and surname, the address, date and place of birth of the purchaser or of the non-dealer seller, supported by an official document with a photograph. Also included in the register, for the purchase of firearms and components of firearm of category C and of 1° of category D, must be references to the titles provided for in Article 43.3 The purchaser or the private seller must sign the register.
