Toute personne ayant été traitée dans le service ou le secteur de psychiatrie d'un établissement de santé et désireuse d'acquérir ou de détenir une arme ou des munitions ne peut le faire sans produire le certificat…

Le certificat attestant que l'état de santé psychique et physique est compatible avec l'acquisition et la détention d'une arme a une durée de validité limitée à un mois à partir de la date de son établissement.

Article 13

Any individual who was treated in a psychiatric service of a health institution and who wishes to purchase or possess a firearm or ammunition, may not do so without providing a certificate… [of good health]

The certificate stating that the [applicant's] mental and physical health is compatible with the purchase and possession of a firearm is valid for only one month from its date of issuance.
