Se exceptúan los estamentos de Seguridad del Estado y los servicios de seguridad de las instituciones del Estado.

The suspension of firearm imports for permitted use within the national territory is extended to companies duly authorised to request, to this Ministry [Ministry of Public Security], import licences for this type of goods. The estates of State Security and the security services of state institutions are not concerned by this resolution.
