Comete el delito de portación ilegal de armas hechizas o de fabricación artesanal, quien porte de cualquier manera armas hechizas o de fabricación artesanal.

Article 124. Illegal Carrying of Home-made Firearms

Anyone who carries, in any way, this type of firearm commits the offence of illegally carrying home-made or makeshift [craft] firearms.

Perpetrators of this offence shall be punished with imprisonment of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years and confiscation of firearms.
