Articulo 107. Fabricación de armas de fuego artesanales

Comete el delito de fabricación de armas de fuego hechizas o artesanales, quien fabrique este tipo de armas.

El responsable de este delito será sancionado con pena de seis (6) a nueve (9) años de prisión inconmutables y el comiso de las armas de fuego, los instrumentos y materiales de fabricación.

Article 107. Manufacture of Home-made Firearms

Anyone who manufactures this type of firearms commits the offence of manufacturing home-made firearms.

The person responsible for this offence shall be punished by a sentence of six (6) to nine (9) years in prison and confiscation of firearms, manufacturing tools and materials.
