Artículo 48. Marcaje de armas fabricadas en el país

Todas las armas que se fabriquen en el territorio nacional deberán llevar el marcaje visible con la información siguiente: nombre del fabricante, lugar de fabricación, calibre, número de registro y modelo. Si las armas de fuego fueran destinadas para el comercio dentro del territorio nacional, deberá agregarse al marcaje el término GUA.

Article 48. Marking of Firearms Manufactured in the Country

All firearms that are manufactured in the country must bear a visible mark with the following information: name of the manufacturer, place of manufacture, calibre, registration number and model. If firearms are destined to be traded within the country, firearms shall be marked with the letters 'GUA'.
