Articulo 19. Autorización de Importación, Exportación, Transporte Internacional y Transito Internacional

La autorización es un documento único, ampliable, revocable, temporal e intransferible que permite a las personas jurídicas bolivianas y extranjeras a realizar actividades relacionadas con armas de fuego, otras armas, municiones, explosivos, fuegos artificiales o pirotécnicos, piezas y componentes de todos éstos y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados.

El Ministerio de Defensa autorizara la importación, exportación, transito o escala por el territorio del estado y con destino final a otro país de armas de fuego…

Article 19. Import, Export, International Transport and International Transit Authorisation

The authorisation is a unique, extendable, revocable, temporary and non-transferable document which allows Bolivian and foreign legal persons to carry out activities related to firearms, other weapons, ammunition, explosives, artificial and pyrotechnic fireworks, parts and components of the above and other related items and materials.
