Artículo 162. Requisitos para el Transporte de Armas

El poseedor o tenedor que lo solicite podrá ser autorizado para transportar el arma desde el lugar autorizado en su inscripción, y mantenerla en el lugar que indique.

Para solicitar este permiso deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos…

b) El permiso para mantener el arma fuera del domicilio declarado, no podrá ser superior al de 60 días corridos.
c) El arma deberá ser llevada en su estuche, caja o funda y sin munición…
e) El lugar a que se traslade el arma debe corresponder a un inmueble. En ningún caso podrá corresponder a una casa rodante, quiosco, automóvil u otro bien de similares características…

Article 162. Requirements for Firearm Transport

The owner or holder who requires [a transport permit] may be authorised to transfer his firearm from the authorised site listed in its registration to another place he may indicate.

In order to request such permit he must comply with the following requirements…

b) The permit to keep the firearm away from the declared residence may not apply for more than 60 days.
c) The firearm must be carried in its case or bag and without ammunition.
e) The place to which the firearm is transferred must be a building. Under no circumstances may it be a caravan, kiosk, car or other similar place…
