Las personas naturales o jurídicas que necesiten trasladar armas y municiones sin poseer permiso para portarlas ni para transportarlas, deberán solicitar previamente una Guía de Libre Tránsito ante la Autoridad Fiscalizadora correspondiente al lugar donde se encuentran inscritas las armas.

Article 153. Free Transit Permit

Individuals or legal persons needing to transfer firearms and ammunition, without a permit to carry or transport them, must request a Free Transit Permit before the Control Authority corresponding to the place where the firearms are registered.
