Artículo 95. Autorización para Tenencia de Mas de Dos Armas

La Dirección General podrá autorizar a personas naturales y jurídicas debidamente calificadas, la tenencia de más de dos armas de fuego, quienes deberán presentar una solicitud conteniendo los motivos, la cual será aprobada o rechazada por una resolución fundada. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las normas establecidas para deportistas, cazadores o coleccionistas.

Article 95. Authorisation for the Possession of More than Two Firearms

The General Directorate may authorise, to duly qualified individuals and legal persons, the possession of more than two firearms, provided they submit a request that contains the reasons [to do so], which shall either be approved or rejected for a justified reason. The foregoing is without prejudice to rules established for sportsmen, hunters and collectors.
