Artículo 89. Infracciones graves

Son infracciones graves1 2 a esta Ley:

1 . Portar armas de fuego sin llevar consigo la respectiva licencia o certificado de tenencia o con el documento vencido…
3. Vender municiones o cartuchos de escopeta para armas de fuego autorizadas por esta Ley que no correspondan con el calibre del arma cuya licencia o certificado de tenencia se hace constar.
4. Utilizar, transportar o poseer municiones no permitidas por esta Ley.
5. Adiestrar a terceros en uso de armas de fuego sin tener idoneidad oficial como instructor de tiro, salvo que se trate de parientes dentro cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad.
6. Mantener para la exhibición o venta armas cargadas dentro del almacén.
7. No contar en los talleres de armerías con un libro de control en el que deben registrarse las armas de fuego que fueron ingresadas para mantenimiento o reparación y las generales de sus propietarios.
8. Almacenar armas de fuego, cartuchos o municiones en violación a lo establecido en el artículo 75…
11. Emplear armas de fuego con la correspondiente licencia vencida en la comisión de cualquier hecho punible.
12. No cumplir con lo establecido en esta Ley sobre informes de ventas…
14. Realizar escándalos con arma de fuego en la vía pública.
15. Negarse a mostrar o entregar a la autoridad competente la licencia para portar armas de fuego o el certificado de tenencia al momento de una inspección realizada por la autoridad competente…
17. Reincidir en la comisión de infracciones leves en el periodo de un año…

Article 89. Serious Offences
