Artículo 76. Establecimientos de reparación

Para efectos de esta Ley, los talleres de armería son los establecimientos que se dedican a la reparación o mantenimiento de armas de fuego de uso particular o los pertenecientes a empresas dedicadas a la prestación de servicios privados de seguridad con armas de fuego.

Los talleres de armería deben obtener un resuelto expedido por la DIASP que incluirá la autorización para la compra de las partes y materiales que requieran para la realización de sus actividades.

Article 76. Repair Facilities

Under this Act, repair shops [armouries] are facilities that are dedicated to repairing or maintaining firearms for private use or those belonging to armed private security companies.

Repair shops must obtain an authorisation granted by DIASP, which includes the authorisation to purchase parts and materials required to carry on their activities.
