Artículo 73. Cumplimiento de medidas de seguridad

El transporte que se derive de las licencias otorgadas a favor de personas jurídicas por la DIASP para amparar las actividades comerciales previstas en esta Ley deberá ajustarse a las medidas de seguridad establecidas en las leyes y reglamentos para el transporte de tales mercancías.

Todo transporte de armas de fuego y municiones hacia o desde el depósito oficial será custodiado por la Policía Nacional.

Article 73. Compliance with Security Measures

Transport [of firearms and ammunition] resulting from licences granted to legal persons by DIASP to cover commercial activities set in this Act, must comply with security measures set by laws and regulations on the transport of such materials.

Any transport of firearms and ammunition to or from the official deposit shall be under the custody of the National Police.
