La licencia de porte de arma de fuego tendrá una vigencia de cuatro años, salvo los casos en que las armas listadas dejen de estar en posesión del titular de la licencia, lo cual requerirá de una actualizacíón de esta.

Article 47. Validity

The licence to carry firearms is valid for four years, except in cases where firearms are no longer listed under the possession of the licence's owner, in which case the latter must be up-dated.
