Artículo 32. Compraventa entre particulares
Todo traspaso de dominio de un arma de fuego entre particulares deberá realizarse mediante documento que para tal fin confeccionará la DIASP, el cual será presentado personalmente por el vendedor ante la institución o, en su defecto, deberá constar en documento autenticado ante notario público, junto con el arma, las municiones y la certificación de tenencia de arma de fuego para la autorización del traspaso, en un plazo no mayor de treinta días hábiles.
La DIASP emitirá los nuevos certificados de tenencia de armas y procederá a la entrega del arma de fuego a su nuevo adquirente.

Article 32. Sale between Individuals
All transfers of ownership of a firearm between individuals must be carried out through a document that, to this end, is drawn up by DIASP, which shall be personally submitted by the seller to this institution or, failing that, shall be recorded in a document authenticated before a public notary, together with the firearm, ammunition and certificate of possession of firearms for the transfer authorisation, within no more than thirty business days.
DIASP shall issue new firearm certificates of possession and shall proceed to the delivery of the firearm to its new owner.
