Artículo 30. Requisitos para la compra de armas

Para la compra de un arma de fuego de uso particular, deportivo o de uso y manejo individual, el interesado deberá presentar, ante el comercio o local comercial autorizado para la venta, copia simple de ambos lados de la cédula de identidad personal, certificado de antecedentes penales del lugar de residencia y carta de trabajo o última ficha de seguro social o última declaración de renta.

Article 30. Requirements to Purchase Firearms

To purchase a firearm for private use, sports or individual use and handling, the concerned person must submit, to the authorised dealer or business premises, a simple copy of both sides of their identity card, criminal records from his place of residence and work card or last social security card or last income statement.
