Exportación de armas de fuego

Para la exportación de armas de fuego, sus partes y componentes y municiones, la firma exportadora deberá presentar la siguiente documentación:

1. "Certificado de exportación", expedido por el S.M.A.[Servicio de Material y Armamento]
2. "Permiso de exportación", expedidos por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional
3. "Certificado de importación". Documento expedido por el organismo autorizante del país importador.

Firearm Exports

For the export of firearms, their parts and components and ammunition, the exporting entity shall submit the following documents:

1. 'Export Certificate' issued by the Material and Weapons Service.
2. 'Export Permit' issued by the Ministry of National Defence.
3. 'Import Certificate'. A document issued by the authorising agency of the importing country.
