The elections in the Southern Highlands were controlled under the barrel of the gun, says Electoral Commission Highlands regional manager.

Boki Raga said in Mendi yesterday the whole election process in Southern Highlands Province did not go well.

"I, for one, feel we should go for fresh elections because the current boxes we have right now to our understanding have all been tampered with. And there is no form of democracy being shown here, and we have been controlled under the barrel of the gun," Mr Raga said.
